INSTALLATION SERVICES With Jarltech, large projects do not automatically lead to stress during system installation. On request, we will install and configure systems, PCs and single devices according to your wishes before shipping. This can be the installation of your own disk images, installation of POS software onto a touch screen system, re-labelling of devices (like receipt printers or scanners) with your own labels, configuration of Windows CE on handheld devices or simply the installation of Windows on a PC. Then, we send them to you or directly to your customer. Your technicians do not have to spend hours on configuration anymore – all they have to do is to deploy the hardware to their desired location. Especially with large orders, our attractive installation service saves you enormous amounts of time and personnel expenses.

If a device fails during the first three years after purchase, whatever the cause, we repair it or replace it with an equivalent device. Forms and time-consuming quotations are not required.

You should remember the pretty face on the cover, since it will cross your path many times in the months to come. For two entire days there was something really special happening at headquarters in Usingen. The reason: Daliah, the current Jarltech catalogue model. The S 65 and S 85 count and check the laid-in notes in one step, for a higher degree of counterfeit detection. The machines check the UV, IR and magnetic features of the euro banknotes.
While you capture pre-sorted bills with the S 20 and S 60 banknote counter, the S 85 also captures, counts and verifies unsorted notes. This especially saves time when counting larger sums, because the bills may be easily laid directly from the cash register into the counter.
The premium model of the series is the S 85 counter. In addition to checking the magnetic code, this machine also checks additional security features of the euro banknotes during the counting process. This comprehensive check, combined with the magnetic code check, offers maximum reliability against counterfeits. Every euro banknote features a silver stripe (also known as a security thread), which exhibits magnetic properties. A code is built into this security thread. The rapidcount S 85 recognizes the value of the banknote based on this information.
Of course the complete rapidcount S Series features a bunch function, an addition function for counting larger amounts in individual tranches and an automatic start/stop function. Despite their great performance and high speed, all the devices are very compact – with only approx. 33 x 27 x 22 cm. They fit into nearly every workstation. Depending on the model they are ideally suited for the safekeeping of change at your fingertips or for reducing any surplus. The POS safes feature either a mechanical or electronic locking mechanism with a PIN code, offering a higher degree of security. The robust steel housing protects the money against forced entry. Some of the safes are additionally equipped with an electronic time lock, to protect the door from unauthorized access at all times.
Counterfeit detection occurs quickly and automatically during the counting process. The rapidcount B20 banknote counter checks the notes according to their UV and IR features; with the B40 counter you have an additional level of security with the detection of MG features in the notes. This also applies to the second generation of euro notes, so that no change is necessary. Use both variants as your security needs dictate.
Extra deposit slots for larger bills allow for storage of greater cash amounts without having to open the safe door. On the one hand this minimizes theft risk, while at the same time it increases the security feeling that employees have at the POS; the cash in the POS simply cannot exceed the pre-designated amount. After closing time or when changing cashiers, easily remove the entire inner case of the POS safe and exchange it.

The ratiotec RP 50 testing pen is the fastest and easiest means for authenticity testing of banknotes. It is suitable for all currencies, excluding so-called polymer currencies, in other words plastic-coated banknotes. The testing pen reacts to the chemical composition of the banknotes, so it is simply an indicator. However, a majority of the false money currently in circulation does not even fulfil this criterion with which the RP 50 uncovers most of the counterfeit notes. Therefore, you will be playing it safe with a fast device and unmatched price-performance ratio. The handling could not be easier: simply mark the banknote to be tested with the pen – if the marked spot changes colour even slightly, the note is authentic. A dark colouration means it is a suspicious banknote. The banknote itself is of course not damaged as the indicator colour disappears on authentic notes within a few seconds.
The RS money scales are designed standard for EUR, GBP and CHF; additionally they feature integrated weight functions for non-cash documents (such as coupons, tokens, letters, etc.). Thanks to the additional change function (RS 1200/2000) you may set up any desired float amount to be directly deducted from, so that only the daily intake is shown. They reliably count up to 200 euro and cent coins per minute (CS 50 also as a version for Swiss Francs) and sort then into separate removable containers. This makes the coin sorter CS the perfect machines for companies that have a small to medium throughput of coins. The CS coin counters sort coins very accurately: they can effectively distinguish coins by their different sizes. As every euro and cent coin features different characteristics, coin size is a very decisive criterion for fast sorting. Counting amounts are adjustable, which provide a very practical feature for producing coin rolls: users can define suitable amounts of coins, after which the counting process is stopped automatically until the respective container is emptied. To save even more time you optionally receive a corresponding coin tube set (for the CS 50 only). Compatible with all coin types, the required amount is directly sorted into eight coin slots. Say goodbye to long interruptions in the coin counting process, plus enjoy quicker sorting.
For the CS 150 you optionally receive a receipt printer for immediate print-outs of the tallied results. In standard mode the device displays the total sum in euros, as well as the amount of individual coins on the display. The large LCD (or LED) display is ergonomically integrated into the keypad and gives users a professional and continuously updated overview of the counting process and configuration. Operatiion is also easy for filling coins: its large coin insert container located on top of the machine allows users to fill large amounts of unsorted coins immediately, as well as during the counting process. The special coating of the coin transport guides within the device ensure seamless counting without cumbersome coin congestion. The CS 150 also features foam inserts for the cups, for quieter and more discrete counting. For the quick removal of foreign particles and jammed coins, simply open the housing of the CS 150. Robust sorting mechanics ensure a long service life, regardless of how often the devices are used. The housing is made of impactresistant plastic that survives many years of operation. Compact dimensions make the machine a compact companion at any location.
