DANGER 1 Allen keys, metric and US 3 clamps 1 hammer 1 punch 1 set of screw-drivers 1 set of metric wrenches 1 extension cord Attach Side Guides to Head Assembly Mounting Clip (frame) Packing List Secure Side Posts to Header Unit Packing Crate Head unit 2 side guides Covers Counter weight Fore Frame (optional) Side Guide Mounting Detail Mounting Clip (side guide) Attachment Bolt (frame) Raise the Door with Forklift 1 power drill 1 set of drill bits 1 hammer drill 1 grinder 1 welding set 1 silicone gun U-profile 1. Place the head assembly of door of the forklift, ensuring that the forks are beneath the u-profile. 2. Strap the head unit to the forks to ensure that it does not slip from the forks while you are raising it. 3. Lift the door with the forklift, and place it against the opening/fore frame. Lift and Position Door 1. Clear the door mounting area of all obstructions. 2. Attach the side guides to the head assembly. 3. Secure the side posts to the header unit with bolts, lock washers and nuts. 4. Align inner guide with reintroduction points. Assemble Door 1 . Using a level, plumb bob and tape measure determine whether the door opening is plumb and level. 2. Where door opening is significantly out of plumb/level consider installing a fore frame. 3. Use shims to plumb and level the fore frame before permanently attaching it to the wall 4. See the RAYNOR RC DOOR installation manual for optional mounting techniques.
