Recording a Training Session (Server)
Check Recorder Settings. 1. From the Session Menu, select Recorder Sessions 2. Click on Record on Server
Below the Chat panel, the Recorder panel will be open. Click on the Record button.
The WebEx Record (Record on Server) Setup window will open. Select the Do not record a teleconference. Click the Start Recording button.
The Recorder panel indicates that the session is being recorded. To stop recording click the Stop button. The Stop Recording window will open. Click Stop Recording.
Locating Recorded Sessions: Go to uncw.WebEx.com and log in. In the left navigation pane, click on My Training Recordings located under Host a Session.

The My Training Recordings page will open.
To email a link to the recording using Outlook, click the “here”link.
Managing your recordings: The Recording storage for all UNCW recordings is located in the top right of the My Training Recordings page. Please note that this is not for each individual’s recordings, it is for all recordings stored on the server for all UNCW users. Therefore, after you are finished with a recording, please make sure that you delete it from the server. To Delete a recording: Locate the recording that you will like to delete. Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the recording. Click Delete.

WebEx: Recording a Training Session (Server) To paste a Web Link to the recording in Blackboard: From the My Recordings Page in WebEx, click on the recording. The Recording Information page will open. Copy the Streaming Recording Link.
From the Build Content menu in Blackboard, click Web Link.
