How To Install The Spout

从软管(3)上依次取下T型接头(9)和垫 片(7, 8)。将固定螺栓(1)和垫片(2)装到 龙头上，把软管插入脸盆安装孔中。 从脸盆下方将托架(4)和垫片(5)套在固 定螺栓上。调整水龙头的位置，锁紧 螺母(6)以固定水龙头。
Remove and tetain the supply tee(9) and washers(7, 8) from the hose(3). Install mounting stud(1) and washer(2) into the faucet base. Insert the flexible hose(3) into the mounting hole of the lavatory. From underside of the lavatory, place the bracket(4) and washer(5) onto the mounting stud. Position the faucet. Tighten the nut(6) to secure the faucet.

Put rubber gasket(8) and plastic(7) washer into supply tee(9). Thread supply tee to the hose(3) until tight. Insert the lift rod kit(10) to the back hole on the faucet.

如何安装阀体和把手
How To Install The Valve Bodies And Handles
从阀体组件(11)上取下把手组件(12)、 装饰罩(13)和垫片(14)。将阀体组件从 12 脸盆下方插入安装孔中。注意：贴有 红圆的阀体组件装在左侧。将垫片(14) 嵌入装饰罩(13)底面的凹槽中。将装饰 13 罩旋到阀体组件(11)上，调整阀体，用 14 扳手锁紧螺母(15)。
Remove handle kit(12), escutcheon(13) and washer(10) from the valve body(11). Insert the valve body through mounting hole from underside of the lavatory. NOTE: The valve body with red dot should be installed on the left side. Put the washer(14) into the groove on the bottom of the escutcheon(13). Thread the escutcheon onto the valve body(11). Adjust the valve body. Tighten nut(15) by wrench.

Ensure the valves and handles are in the off position. Screw the bonnet(16) of the handle kit and fix the handle kit onto the escutcheon. NOTE: The handle kit with red mark should be installed on the left side of the body. Connect the valve bodies and center tee(9) with hoses(17) as in the drawing. NOTE: The hoses(17) should only be used here.
阀处于关闭位置，把手的状态如图所 示。
The illustration shown is the correct position of the handles in the valve closed position.
如何安装排水器

将盘片(18)从排水本体(19)上取下，在 排水器盘片底面沿周围涂一圈密封油 灰或其他密封剂，把排水器盘片装入 到排水孔中。把排水本体从脸盆下方 旋紧到盘片中，排水杆口(20)朝后方， 从下方用手拧紧锁紧螺母(21)。

Remove the flange(18) from drain body (19). Apply a ring of plumbers putty or other sealants around the underside of the drain flange. Install flange to the drain hole of the lavatory. Screw drain body into flange with drain lever hole(20) facing to the back of lavatory. Tighten the locknut(21) by hand from the underside of the fixture.

Place stopper(22) into drain body aligning the flat side of stopper hole(23) with the drain lever hole.

Remove the retaining nut(24). Fit the plastic washer(25) and retaining nut into the long end of ball lever rod(26). Insert the ball lever assembly into the drain lever hole(20) and through the stopper hole(23), and tighten the retaining nut. NOTE: Do not overtighten the retaining nut.

Be sure that the ball lever points to the back of the lavatory. Tighten the locknut (21) onto the drain body. Remove any excess putty.

Assemble thumb screw(28) to link(29), and link onto ball lever rod(26) with ‘V’-clip (27). Slide lift rod(10) into the hole in link. Position te lift rod． Push the ball lever down into the open position, and adjust the lift rod to make sure the lift rod knob touch the faucet. Tighten thumb screw(28).

INSTALLATION CHECKOUT

Ensure that all coupling nuts are tight. Ensure that the lever handle is in the off position.

Turn on the main water supply and drain, and check for leaks. Repair as needed.
用工具(30)将起泡器(31)拆下，打开水 龙头的冷热水，让水流出约一分钟以 清除杂质,检查渗漏。冲洗起泡器，关 闭水龙头，重新装回起泡器。

Remove the aerator(31) by key(30). Run hot and cold water through faucet for about one minute to remove any debris. Check for leaks. Repair as needed. Remove any debris from the aerator. Shut off the faucet. Reinstall the aerator.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

All Finishes: Clean the finish with mild soap and warm water. Wipe entire surface completely dry with clean soft cloth. Many cleaners may contain chemicals, such as ammonia, chlorine, toilet cleaner etc. which could adversely affect the finish and are not recommended for cleaning.
有磨损性的清洁用具或清洁剂也不可使用于科勒牌 的水龙头及其配件上。
Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents on Kohler faucets and fittings.
NOTE: Do not reposition the drain after the locknut(21) is tightened, or you may break the putty seal.
