High Efficiency Copper Finned Tube Boilers
750,000 - 2,000,000 BTU/HR
The heat transfer innovators.
THE RELIANCE COPPER FINNED TUBE HYDRONIC BOILER
FEATURES
DESIGNED FOR HYDRONIC HEATING
• Copper Fin-Tube Heat Exchanger
• The Reliance Boiler was designed specifically for non-condensing hydronic heating applications. The product line includes an extensive offering of models ranging in size from 750,000 to 2,000,000 BTU/HR input.
• Up to 88% Thermal Efficiency • Modulation with 5:1 Turndown • Color Touch Screen • Low Emissions: <9ppm NOx
• The fully modulating, 5:1 turndown capabilities provide precise load matching to ensure desired building temperatures are maintained. The controller features an easy-to-use touchscreen interface, making adjustments and setup convenient and intuitive. • The Reliance Boiler is easy to install and service. All boiler
connections are located at the rear of the boiler and are clearly labeled. Access to key components from the front, rear or top of the boiler facilitates one inch side clearance installations.
• The copper fins in the heat exchanger are formed from one
solid copper tube through an extrusion process. The design of the heads provides balanced flow throughout each of the tubes, ensuring even heat transfer.
A LOOK INSIDE THE COMBUSTION PROCESS 1 Gas and air are combined
within the venturi and the variablespeed premix blower to create a homogeneous mix for reliable and clean combustion. This is acheived with gas pressures as low as 3.5”wc.

direct spark or pilot assembly and verified with an ultraviolet flame detector.

4 The burner provides even heat distribution throughout the entire heat exchanger. The heated water takes a three pass course through the copper finned tubes providing a low pressure drop and convenient connection points to the hydronic system.

APPLICATIONS AND
GREEN BUILDING HYDRONIC HEATING Fulton Reliance boilers can typically be found in commercial building heat applications – such as schools, hospitals and government buildings – where a reliable source of heat is crucial to maintain daily operations. Designed to work in a closed loop system with modulating capabilities built right in, Reliance boilers ensure that building temperatures are maintained.
GREEN BUILDING DESIGN The Reliance can be easily incorporated into LEED and Green Building designs. With thermal efficiencies up to 88% and single phase power requirements, the Reliance factors into the Optimizing Energy Performance calculation under the LEED-NC parameters. Emissions configurations are available as low as <9ppm NOx.
FEATURES AND CONTROLS COLOR TOUCH SCREEN CONTROLS The Reliance control features a color touch screen display, and has an extensive line up of capabilities including pump control, freeze protection, stack temperature monitoring, and complete boiler operation monitoring. With ModBus communication capabilities, low voltage twisted pair communication simplifies multiple boiler installations. Each boiler can be given its own name, personalizing it for any application.
• Integrated Sequencing control for up to 8 boilers • Communication with Building Management Systems via ModBus Network
