GSM + GPS for mobile outdoor machinery
Global access to your investment you are in contact with your With digsy mobile outdoor machine - worldwide and site-independent. ServiceLink
Via an office-PC, operating companies and/or machine producers are now in a position to exchange data directly "live" with the machine without manually intervening on the site.
digsy is connected to the serial interface of the digsy or the digsy transfers current data bi-directionally. ServiceLink

Long trips – not any more In future, possibly required service visits look different. A fault diagnosis will be carried out from the office. With digsy you have direct access without manually intervening in the machine. You look into the innermost part of the automation system and are thus able to check the status of all sensors and actuators connected to the CAN-network. All current machine states are represented online via the program PROSYD1131 from Inter Control. Via the operating data memory or rather "diagnostic words" it is possible to analyze problems.
If the access to the diesel engine is implemented via the CAN-BUS, all the relevant engine data can be read out via remote data transmission.
ServiceLink
If a service visit becomes nevertheless necessary, you can localize the fault beforehand and possibly identify the required spare part. Thus, waiting periods can be shortened and multiple service visits be avoided.
If you know that 70 % of all faults or malfunctions occur in the electronic peripherals, you can imagine how often such a malfunction can be remedied simply by replacing a sensor or a contact. This makes expensive service visits to the site unnecessary and the end-user has the feeling that he/she is always quickly and competently attended to.
SMS greetings from your machine The automation system digsy is not only a control system, but enables the memorizing of service and operating data as well. The digsy passes any malfunctions or upcoming service work automatically via an SMS message on to the service technician's mobile phone. The machine producer may offer this kind of service to his customers by way of a service contract. In the automation system digsy you can assign various texts to various phone numbers in a function-related way. Thus it is possible to pass messages of various categories on to different recipients. outdoor electronic

You may also demand messages worldwide at any time by sending an SMS message with a classification number to the outdoor machine. Thereupon, you will automatically receive a return SMS message with the requested information. All telephone numbers, categories, and texts are freely selectable. Of course, the system is protected against unauthorized access as well. You may also send an SMS message to the machine operator, which then appears directly on the CGM display.
Parameterization without air trips Incidents and faults cannot only be remedied, but it is via remote data transmission from a PC also possible to carry out parameterizations directly on the machine.
New limit values or optimizations of the characteristics of hydraulic valves may be implemented on the delivered machines - worldwide and site-independent.
Driver identification for increased safety As an option, we offer to connect a "driver identification" to the digsy . A transponder (ignition key) may be connected to the system. Then the machine will only be ready for operation with one of these transponders. ServiceLink

During the operating time, the transponder saves all the relevant data with date and time. The transponder can be connected to a separate evaluation unit.
Whereabouts online – at any time digsy is equipped with a GPS receiving device (satellite localization). The coordinates of the present whereabouts can thus be stored in the automation system digsy in a function or time dependent way (route tracking). By means of an additional program the present position of an individual machine or of several machines can be shown in a map on the PC. Detail views of this map may be individually selected by zooming. ServiceLink

Anti-theft protection for your machinery According to a report of the VDMA (association of German machine construction institutes) the cases of theft of construction machinery have recently been drastically on the rise. At the moment, there is a lot of talk about counter measures. Inter Control's digsy provides the solution to the problem. ServiceLink
Your machine will automatically issue a message if it leaves a previously programmed area or approaches a previously defined distance to a borderline. Thereupon, the automation system digsy can shut down the engine (after previously issuing a warning in the CGM-display). Vandalism or other attempts of destruction cannot do any harm to the system, since the automation system digsy or digsy recognizes them and shuts off the engine via the CAN-BUS. compact

Apart from that, upon request, we offer to mount the aerials so that they are invisible from the outside. Thus, you can locate the unauthorized position of your property.
