Equipment pickup and drop off are available for extra charges. Leased Equipment from Media Square is not insured except when under the supervision of a Media Square Representative. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Rental fees cover a period of 24 hours. Any additional hours are billed even if equipment are not used. Cancellations must be made by phone or email at least 48 hours in advance. Media Square has the right to waive any previously agreed upon discounts for any late payments. First Camera Assistant is required with all Camera Packages.
