About BodyGuardz BodyGuardz was founded in 2002, originally as NLU Products. In March 2011, the company officially changed its name to BodyGuardz. What began with a small line of screen protectors for a limited number of devices, has grown into a solid organization with a reputation for quality and millions of products sold across the globe.

Points of Partnership New Devices We work very hard to stay current with the latest devices as they enter the market. If you discover a device that we have not yet produced products for, contact your account representative so we can work to produce what you need. Also, if you have access to new devices, we encourage you to work with us so we can create products as quickly as possible.
Payment Terms • All orders must be prepaid by check, credit card, or wire transfer • BodyGuardz accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express • All credit card transactions over $1,500 are subject to a 3.5% convenience fee • International orders must pre-pay by check or wire transfer • Payment terms are available to established customers who qualify. Ask account manager for further details.
Order Process • All orders should be placed using the BodyGuardz online ordering system via the Reseller Portal. Exceptions must be approved through your account manager and Purchase Orders must reference BodyGuardz part numbers. • Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of their receipt (depending on quantity ordered). • Refer to BodyGuardz online Reseller Portal page in this document for ordering instructions • Minimum Order Quantity of six per SKU is required
Shipping • Domestic orders above $500 receive free standard shipping. • Domestic orders under $500 incur a $15.00 (per order) shipping & handling charge or the actual cost of the shipment, if the shipping cost is greater than $15.00. • Standard shipping is UPS Ground. • Resellers may provide a FedEx, UPS, or DHL account number if a specific method is preferred. No additional shipping fees will be charged. • International customers are responsible for all shipping, customs fees, and duties and taxes.
Return and Refund Policy • BodyGuardz accepts returns up to 10% of original purchase within a six-month period. • Returned product must be unopened and in new, resalable condition. • Refunds on returned product will be given in the form of a credit once the return has been received and evaluated. Cash refunds are not available. • Resellers must be able to provide a new purchase order in the amount of the refund.
Pricing Policy In an effort to preserve continuity across all retail channels, BodyGuardz assigns a MSRP to each item manufactured. All resellers are expected to maintain this pricing structure regardless of the point-of-sale (including brick and mortar stores, kiosks, and e-commerce websites), unless prohibited by local or governing law. Any variance from MSRP must have written approval from BodyGuardz. If this policy is violated BodyGuardz reserves the right terminate business with that reseller. All prices quoted are in US dollars.
