Return Policy All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order • After returned merchandise is received—and it meets the return criteria (listed below)—a full refund will be sent to you. Note: Shipping costs will not be refunded. • If purchase was made with a credit card, credit will be applied to that card within 3 days of receipt of returned merchandise. • If purchase was made by a check, reimbursement will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. • Returned merchandise must be received in unopened original packaging with no evidence of use. If your merchandise is NOT returned in its original condition, the merchandise will be shipped back to you. • If returned merchandise was shipped direct to you from one of our vendors, you must include vendor-supplied authorization in order for it to be received by Fisher Safety • Please include the following information in your return shipment:    • Non-Returnable Merchandise includes:   • Return Goods Authorization Form (click here to download form) Copy of original packing slip Invoice number Products that are “custom” including turnout gear (unless product defect or customization mistake is noted) Products with expiration dates (ex.: latex gloves, chemical protective clothing) Merchandise size or style returns will be accepted under the following conditions:   Boots – if upon receipt of your order, and before boot is placed into service, you determine the sizing is incorrect, you must return boot within 30 days of purchase along with vendor-supplied return authorization. Note: Boots returned with any evidence of use will be sent back to you, and credit denied. Helmets – if upon receipt of your order, and before helmet is placed into service, you may receive full credit if returned within 30 days of purchase (along with vendor-supplied return authorization) and the following criteria is met:  All protective coverings on faceshields, googles, or Bourke flip eye shields are in place  No evidence of decals, personalizations, customizations or alterations  No evidence of any use, including perspiration marks on liner If evidence of any of the above criteria is determined, the helmet will be sent back to you, and credit will be denied. • You are responsible for paying the shipping fee to return your merchandise to Fisher Safety, and you will also be charged to re-ship the new merchandise. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable shipping method and insure the merchandise that you plan to return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipment.
