INSTALLATION PROCEDURE Disconnect all cables including the power cord from the product unit before performing the mounting procedures.
Warning
To install a single unit: 1. Fasten the short bracket to the left side of the unit using two 6-32 UNC screws (see Figure 1). 2. Repeat step 1 to fasten the long bracket to the right side of the unit. 3. Place the unit in the rack and fasten the brackets to the side rails of the rack using two 5 mm Philips screws on each side (not included in the kit).

Mounting Kits
To install two units: 1. Attach the short brackets to the outer sides of the two units, as explained in step 1 of the single unit installation procedure (see Figure 2). 2. Attach the long and short side adapters to the inner panels using six 6-32 UNC screws (see Figure 2).
Note
Short side adapters are not required for units with depth under 160 mm (6.2 in).
3. Fasten the two units together by sliding the side adapters into each other. Make sure that the protrusions of the long adapters enter their corresponding slots. 4. Secure the two units together by using six 4-40 UNC screws inserted into the top and bottom of each side adapter. 5. Place the two-unit assembly in the rack and fasten the brackets to the side rails of the rack using two 5 mm Philips screws on each side (not included in the kit).
