Machine is suitable for mass production, high reliability and 24hrs productivity. • Made from highly durable material, frame and protective cover, which have been environmentally tested to the best quality • Modules can be expended on the same machine • Minimal operator dependent • Multiple axis robot available based on customer’s requirement, for present or future applications. • Able to load multiple boards (with a suitable or custom jig) for quick soldering of one soldering cycle at a time • Full control on the amount solder applied to the various soldering points • Quick and rapid movement between subsequent soldering points • Equal and consistent pressure (in grams force) applied by the soldering iron to the part being soldered • Easy to use programming software and adaptive programming interface for different applications. Data retention and storage also available • Enhanced visibility via clearly defined working area, on-screen visibility, accessible on site or remotely from a different location • Real time connectivity of the machine / solder robot with technical or support specialist located at manufacturing location. Scara Robot THL500 The Scara robot has a max. arm extension radius of 500 mm. The robotic soldering head will be attached at the end of the Z-axis. Properties: • Z- Axis: stroke = 200 mm • The robot has 4 programmable axes that may be adjusted and reprogrammed.
