The systems and components of the equipment are duly interconnected for correct operation. Self-supporting structure • Power outputs up to 2,715 kW in one casing. • Supports the weight of the equipments included. • Galvanised steel casing with Skin Plate protection, fireproof acoustic insulation (M0). • All internal elements of the ROOF TOP are accessible from the outside thanks to the hinged doors. More safety for new and/or renovated installations Always placed outside (not part of the building structure). • Equipment prepared for weatherproof installation. • The autonomous equipment is ventilated directly to the outside. • The gas line passes outside the building. • The equipment can be installed in existing buildings without any need to strengthen structures. • Safe, fast start-up. • Quality control: all ROOF TOP equipments are subject to comprehensive operation tests in factory. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS Hydraulic design The hydraulic circuit is flexibly and adaptably designed for each installation and its needs, in collaboration with consultants, arquitects, etc.: only heating, only domestic hot water, heating and domestic hot water, one or more output circuits. Control / electricity Includes electrical cabinet with: • Electric safety devices for internal equipments. • Manual/automatic controls. • Active equipments, alarm signals. • Control (several options): - Included in ROOF TOP, with sequence of boilers, mixing valve control, domestic hot water (Legionella prevention in DHWS production). - Ready for external centralised control: B.M.S. or telecomputing • Power supply: 220 V single phase or, 380 V three-phase (live, N+Earthed). • Main switch outside the unit. • Alarm signals: general and detailed (boilers, pumps, water pressure, gas…). • External stop/start for the whole equipment. Adisa roof top with domestic hot water buffer vessels • Possibility of ROOF TOP equipment with a special height (2.67 m.) for including domestic hot water buffer vessels (maximum up to 4,000 litres spread over several vessels). • Possibility of integrating: - Buffer vessel for domestic hot water production with boilers. - Buffer vessel for domestic hot water production with solar collectors. - Buffer vessel protection: expansion, titanium anodes, etc... - Plate heat exchangers: boilers and solar. - Pipes, cut-off valves, circulating pumps. - Solar control unit (according to regulations), with optional energy counter. OPTION: THERMI PACK SKID PREFABRICATED COMPACT EQUIPMENT FOR INSTALLATION INSIDE BOILER ROOM • Same characteristics and advantages as ROOF TOP equipment, but installed indoors. • Design fully customizable according to the installation needs. • Possibility of installing several skids in series. • The boiler room where the skid is located must meet current regulations.
