Room 3113 – A/V Guide STEP 1 – Activating the A/V system To activate the A/V system use the touch screen video control panel located on the wall above the computer (touch to activate)
Using the PC
Using a Laptop
• Turn on the PC – If necessary, select the power button to turn on the PC. • Select the input - On the control panel press Main and Start a Presentation. Select Rack PC to view the desktop display. Note: the warm up can take up to 30 seconds and the screen will remain blank • Login – Enter the provided login or use your CFRI login s
Username – boardroom Password – boardroom Log on to - BCRICWH
• Connect the monitor cable - Find the monitor cable coming from the front of the cabinet and connect to the laptop’s external monitor (VGA) Port • Connect the audio cable – Find the audio cable attached to the monitor cable and connect to the laptop’s headphone jack • Select the input – On the control panel press Main and Start a Presentation. Select Laptop to view the laptop display Note: the warm up can take up to 30 seconds and the screen will remain blank. If the screen is not projected you may need to change the display settings on the laptop. You can do this by pressing the “FN” and “F4” at the same time
Using the DVD/VCR Player • Select the input - On the control panel press Main and Start a Presentation. Select DVD STEP 2 – Deactivating the system Deactivate the A/V system – Log-off the PC or disconnect the monitor cable from the laptop Turn off the projector- On the control panel press Main and System Off to turn off the display

Room 3113 – Video Conferencing Guide If you're planning a Video Conference then please request the remote for room 3113 so that you can control the camera and volume if required. These options are also available by using the LCD Panel on the wall. Using the Video Conferencing system requires advanced booking through PHSA and must be booked separately from the conference room.
