Rosink Tube Cleaner (RTC) The RTC offers a quick, economical and environmentally friendly cleaning of cylinder pipes. Placed on prisms, up to two cylinder pipes at the same time can be cleaned and rinsed internally and externally by the longitudinally moving mobile nozzle blocks. The high performance hot-air dryer assures a quick drying of the cylinder pipes.

Rosink Cross Beam Cleaner (RCBC) The Rosink Cross Beam Cleaner is used to clean particularily long parts quickly, costeffectively and in a way that doesn't harm the environment. Placed on a support grid, the parts are cleaned and rinsed longitudinally by the mobile nozzle block in the enclosed wash chamber. The circulating cleaning agent consists of 96% water and 4% surface active agents. Finally the high-performance hot-air dryer dries the cleaned parts.

Concept The RTC offers a quick and economical internal and external cleaning of cylinder pipes. These are placed in a horizontal position on the prisms (slightly sloped for draining the cleaning medium). The internal cleaning takes place through a moving injection lance with a rotating stainless steel nozzle; the external cleaning is done via a moving nozzle ring. The traverse path can be set according to the length of the cylinder pipes. The cleaning medium is used in a closed-loop cycle and filtered in the return line via strainer baskets. Through the optional use of a full-flow filter, the lye is cleaned of particles, thereby preventing a clogging of the washing nozzles. In order to extend the lye lifetime, washed in oils and fats can be separated from the washing liquid by an oil separator. The cleaning and drying time can be freely selected. Current operating modes are displayed by a signal tower.

Concept With the Rosink Cross Beam Cleaner, the part does not move, but rather the nozzles move along the part. Control is executed fully automatically via a touch screen.
