TUNNING CONTROL RX 19e Other Features MP3 Link Select MP3 LINK mode to listen to external audio devices (like MP3 players or PC) connected through the 3,5mm MP3 LINK input on the top of the unit. 1. Use a 3,5mm male-to-male stereo cable to connect any external audio device with a 3,5mm headphone or line-out jack to the MP3 LINK at the top panel of the unit. 2. Start playback on the external audio device. Adjust unit volume (do not set the volume too high to avoid distortion). Auto Switch Standby 1. After playback completed, without any signal given for 5 minutes, the unit will switch to standby mode automatically. 2. Connect external audio devices to MP3 Link Jack during standby mode, press PLAY key to resume playback. Radio Operation General Operation 1. Power on the unit, extending the telescope antenna to the get good reception. 2. Set the “FUNCTION” selector to “AM” or “FM” mode. 3. Adjust radio frequency to your desired station by using the “TUNING” control. 4. Adjust the “VOLUME” control to the desired level. Note: If you get noise from radio or want get clear sound, please try to adjust the antenna or move the radio next window to get better reception. 30 RX 19e USB Operation General Operation Insert USB into USB interface. Unit start playing from first track. PLAY/PAUSE Press Pause to stop playing temporarily. Press again to resume playback. NEXT Press to go to the next track. BACK Press to go to the previous track. STOP Press to stop all playback. REPEAT Press once to repeat one track. Press again to repeat all. Press again for repeat album. Press again for random play. Remark: Using a USB extension cable for playing is not recommended. The length of extension cable should be less than 5cm, otherwise will cause sound intermittence. Playback 1. Plug or slot in USB device into the port. 2. Set the “FUNCTION” selector to “USB/SD/MMC” mode. 3. Playback will start automatically from the first track. 4. Press the “STOP” button when play finished. 5. Press “PLAY / PAUSE” button again, playback will start from the first track. 6. During Playback, press USB/SD/MMC button on the top panel for interchange of USB/SD playing. Remark: 1. USB 2.0 maximum capacity: 8 GB 2.
