INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SYSTEM TELECOMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGIES ENERGY AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS INTEGRATED SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGIES S-788 TYPE III TACTICAL COMMUNICATION SHELTER P/N 5387.SH.14.0001 Description The Shelter PN 5387.SH.14.0001 is based on the Lightweight Multipurpose Shelter S-788 Type III (with tunnel) base (NUC 5411-01-235-5055) and is integrated with HVAC air conditioning system 5387.CZ.01.0009 PN and PN Generator 5387.SA.01.0027. Designed for use on vehicle HMMVW. The shelter is designed to be lightweight, portable, shielded to electromagnetic interference (EMI/RFI), versatile for a wide range of purposes (for example ARMY C41 systems). This Shelter is normally mounted on a HMMWV vehicle for transportation. To improve the INSIDE living conditions, the positioning of the equipment was designed and constructed in accordance with standard MIL-STD-1472F with particular attention to practicality and simplicity of use. The internal and external installation is made in accordance with current Safety Regulations (DM. 37/08, DLGS 81/2008). The whole system is built with the grounding wiring and external pin for proper grounding of the same. The Shelter is also designed to provide protection against shocks and vibrations for all equipment installed internally and externally. The parties and outdoor equipment and accessories installed are painted the same color CARC (RAL 6031). The shelter is equipped with a ladder for access (on the main door) and access points to the roof. The design and construction of the structure and all its external parts guarantee operation in the temperature range from -30 ° C to + 50 ° C. The Shelter has a tunnel when has placed a generator set with extractable slide (to facilitate maintenance). The generator can be controlled either locally via control panel switch, or remotely inside the shelter through dedicated control box. Specifics Dimensions: Weight: Operating Temp. : ~ 2600 (l) x 2150 (w) x 1755 (h) mm (Shelter only) ~ 1445 Kg (with HVAC and G.E.) - 30°C ÷ +50°C INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SYSTEM TELECOMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGIES ENERGY AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS INTEGRATED SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGIES Description The Shelter can be powered via the external network to 220 Vac single phase, connecting the cable to the external Z-Panel , and whether by Generator set located in the tunnel. Inside the shelters after the power Z-panel is located a Main control panel, equipped with circuit breakers and residual current, for controlling the lighting system, and electric utilities. A switch on Main control panel allows selection between the mains power or power supply by generator. ELECTRIC SYSTEM Consisting of n..3 section: 1. 2. 3. Both the power supply from the internal generator set that one coming from the energy Z-panels are protected by circuit breakers CB1, CB2. The voltage, current and frequency of power choice are measured by instruments SM.1, SM.2 and protected by fuse F3. The main circuit breaker CB3 to the utilities at 220 Vac is the differential type, while the utilities UPS (CB4), HVAC. (CB5), 220Vac Sockets (CB6), Celing Light 1 (CB10) have a circuit breaker type. 220Vac no-break section This section is managed from the power supply of 220Vac from the UPS installed inside the rack 12U, that in case of mains failure by the internal generator set (GENSET) or mains supply (Z-panel energy) ensures the service continuity for electric utilities connected (AC/DC Converter, 220Vac No-Break socket, Celing Light 2) . There is a differential switch which acts as a main switch (CB7) for this section, while the utilities AC/DC Converter (CB8), 220Vac NoBreak socket (CB18), Celing Light 2 (CB9) have a circuit breaker. 28Vdc section In this section is handled the power supply DC 28VDC, coming from the 28Vdc AC/DC converter, there is a voltmeter (SM.3) and an ammeter (SM.4) protected by the fuse F4, for viewing the value for voltage and current at the entrance of the switch with fuse (F5) that acts as the latter from main switch. The electric utilities connected corresponding VHF 1 (CB11), VHF 2 (CB12), VHF 3 (CB13), VHF 4 (CB14), 28Vdc sockets (CB15), HF 1 (CB16), HF 2 (CB17) each of them have a circuit breaker. Inside the electrical panel is also controlled automatically switch from white light (Celing Celing Light Light 1 and 2) to blue light (Celing Light Blue) when you open the door of the shelter (black-out mode). At the close of the door the white lights (Celing Celing Light 1 and Light 2) light up again and after about 4 seconds turns off the light blue (Celing Light Blue). To disable the automatism switching of the above set the switch (S1) “Disable Switch DOOR” in position I. UPS AC/DC CONVERTER 28Vdc 100A Located in the rack, this unit allows for the continuity of electricity to 220V in the absence of electricity from the generator inside (GENSET) that the external power supply (SHORE POWER), 220 Vac output is connected to No-Break 'CB7 switch in the electrical panel of the shelter. It includes a UPS module (6000VA) and three expansion packs batteries for 1 hour of autonomy to 2000W max. Located in Rack 19 ", this unit 220 Vac powered with AC voltage (AC 230V AC MAINS) No line-break from the electrical panel, allows for output (28 V DC + SENSING) a DC voltage of 28V with a current continuous 100A max, inside there are no. 2 AC / DC CONVERTER 28VDC 50A with each, connected together in parallel configuration as to have a total output current of 100A, there are also no. 2 fans for its internal ventilation, the latter protected by a fuse (FAN FUSE). The start is carried out using the POWER switch on the front of the device and the correct operation is indicated by the LED PS1 and PS2. The 28Vdc output is connected to the main switch of This General Electric F5 of the shelter. The air conditioning system is controlled through the control panel located inside the shelter and allows to select the solutions described below: • VENTILATION Exclusively provides ventilation inside the shelter. Enable only the evaporator fan, regardless of the temperature setting on the thermostat. • HEATING Heats the inner area of the shelter. If the temperature set on the thermostat is greater than the inner one, the electric heaters are powered and LED "HEATING" lights. If the temperature is less than the inner one, remains active only ventilation mode. • COOLING Cools the environment in the interior of the shelter. If the temperature set on the thermostat is less than the inner one, is activated the refrigerant circuit and the air cools. The operation of the compressor is indicated by the LED (yellow), "cooling". If the temperature set on the thermostat is greater than the inner one, the control system switches off the compressor and only the internal ventilation remains active. • AUTOMATIC When the option is set, the thermostat regulates the internal temperature, activating the electric resistance heating (if the temperature set on the thermostat is greater than the internal one) or by activating the compressor (if the temperature set on the thermostat is less than that internal).
