Assembly Instructions Step 1: If the Nissan Van comes with a floor panel, it must be removed completely from the vehicle before continuing. When the floor is out of the vehicle, remove the back four of the six existing black hold down loops that are currently mounted to the floor of the vehicle as shown below. All of the mounting holes in the floor are tapped M8x1.25 and will fit the fasteners that are supplied in the hardware kit.

Assembly Instructions (Continued) Step 2: Place the eleven Short Cylindrical Spacers (RSP-1063) that are provided in the hardware kit over top of the eleven rear weld nuts which are circled on the floor layout below. Additionally, place the four Tall Cylindrical Spacers (RSP-1075) over the four forward most weld nuts that are circled on the floor layout below. These spacers must be located directly over the weld nuts to ensure the proper orientation of the risers that will be installed in the coming steps.

Assembly Instructions Step 3: Place the Rear Left Riser (RNV-200B) and the Rear Right Riser (RNV-100B) into the vehicle directly over the spacers that are located over top of the weld nuts. Then place a M8 x 1.25 x 60mm Hex head fastener with a lock washer and a flat washer into the 7 holes that are circled in the diagram below. Only tighten fasteners finger tight for now.

Assembly Instructions (Continued) Step 4: Slide the sheet metal feet of the Middle Riser (RNV-300B) over the feet of the two Rear Risers so that the slots on all feet are located directly over one another. Place the Front Riser (RNV-400B) near the front of the vehicle over the four holes with the Tall Spacers (RSP1075) as shown below.

Assembly Instructions (Continued) Step 5: Place a M8 x 1.25 x 60mm Hex head fastener with a lock washer and a flat washer into each of the four designated holes on the Middle Riser (RNV-300B) as shown below. Place the last four M8 fasteners from the hardware kit into the feet of the Front Riser (RNV-400B) over the Tall Spacers (RSP-1075). Only tighten fasteners finger tight for now. FRONT RISER

Assembly Instructions (Continued) Step 6: Place both 14-Lite Side rail assemblies onto the Middle (RNV-300B) and Front Riser (RNV-400B) as shown below. When the side rails are oriented correctly, place a 3/8-16 x 1” UNC Hex head fastener with a lock washer and a flat washer into each of the eight designated holes as shown below. Only tighten fasteners finger tight for now. NOTE: The open face of the channel on the Side Rails will be facing one another.

Step 7: Place an End Bracket (REP-04) onto each end of the 14-Lite Side Rails as shown below. Next, place a 3/8-16 x 1” UNC Hex head fastener with a lock washer and a flat washer into each of the eight designated holes as shown below. Only tighten fasteners finger tight for now.

Step 9: Place an End Bracket (REP-04) onto each end of the 26-Lite Side Rails as shown below. Next, place a 3/8-16 x 1” UNC Hex head fastener with a lock washer and a flat washer into each of the eight designated holes as shown below. Only tighten fasteners finger tight for now.

Step 10: Place a Center Support (RCP-03) on the underside of the 26-Lite Side Rails as shown below. Then place a 3/8-16 x 1” UNC Hex head fastener with a lock washer and a flat washer through both parts and capture it on the underside with a 3/8-16 UNC Hex nut as shown below.
