Late payment fee A fee of $12.00 (GST exempt) may apply if your bill is not paid by the due date. A late payment fee may not apply depending on your circumstances. Distributor charges You must pay us any charges that your distributor imposes on us in relation to the services performed by your distributor (or any other person) at your supply address. Payment processing fee A 0.6% fee (GST Incl) may apply to bill payments made by VISA or Mastercard. Dishonoured payment fee (cheque via Australia Post) A $15.00 (GST Incl) fee may apply if your cheque payment through Australia Post is dishonoured or reversed. Paper Bill Fee $1.75 (incl GST) applies for each paper bill. Eligibility for solar feed-in tariffs varies by customer group (as defined on SA Government website), and conditions apply. Customer groups 1, 2 & 3 - 44 cents per kWh exported. Customer group 4 - 16 cents per kWh exported. Retailer payment - 6.8 cents per kWh exported. All amounts are GST-inclusive (if any).
