The alert is shown in a red box. Permanent tracking is enabled and the service user’s location is automatically updated on the map every one to two minutes. The SOS alert is raised by the service user by pressing the power button, the clock screen or the SOS screen on for 3 seconds. Press “Accept alert” to indicate that you will deal with the alert. The watch will let the service user know, that you accepted the alert. Alert accepted Movement Zone The movement zone alert is raised automatically by the watch when the users clearly leaves a safe movement zone for at least 2 minutes. The distance in which the movement zones have to be left before an alert is raised, depends on two things. Firstly the region where the watch is used, and secondly, the tracking parameters which can be set in the web portal. WIFI connection lost After one helper in the alerting chain accepts the alert, the colour of the alert changes to yellow. Close Alert This alert can be raised, when the watch loses the connection to the house WIFI. This can be configured in the web portal. Please ensure that there is good WIFI coverage in the service user’s house before activating this in the portal. After the helper dealt with the alert, the alert should be closed by pressing the “Close alert” button. Battery Low Charge Battery after Alert Signal Lost It is recommended to recharge the battery after an alert is raised. Every 15 minutes we check the watch is active and online, if not, signal lost shows in the portal. Battery is low and requires charging. www.safemotion.co.uk Page |5 SafeMotion® MOBILE PORTAL USER MANUAL Appointments Messages Manage appointments and reminders for the service user.
