Standard Internal Infrared (IR) and Radio Frequency (RF) Receivers for optional RF remote provide total control while maintaining the streamlined simplicity of this product. For added durability and enhanced product appearance, the Elite Spectrum Series uses an all-steel casing construction including the end caps. The Spectrum Series has various control options that work in conjunction with its Low Voltage Controller (LVC). Its 5-12 Volt trigger port uses a standard RJ45 connection and synchronizes the screen’s drop and rise with your projector’s power cycle. The optional wall box kit can be installed as an external wall-mounted control or use the extended IR “EYE” receiver for recessed ceiling installations.
Elite Screens MaxWhite screen material is the most popular screen material for today’s projectors. It is easy to clean and durable for daily use. With the 1.1 gain and 180º wide viewing angle, it is suitable for most applications from commercial to home theater presentations. Screen material comes with standard black backing (MaxWhite only) to eliminate light penetration while its textured projection surface helps to eliminate Moiré or “hot spotting”.

Standard IR & RF remotes and built-In Infrared & Radio Frequency Receivers support your Screens On-wall or In-Ceiling application for a clean appearance. A Low Voltage Controller (LVC) is included with 5-12V trigger port (RJ45) that can be connected to your projector Trigger port. This enables synchronization between the drop/rise cycle of your screen and the power cycle of the projector. You could extend this port using a standard RJ45 connector and CAT-5 cable to anywhere in the room. Or mount your Wall-switch like a regular light Switch. By comparison, the Firehawk® screen tends to reject ambient light from the side, a little better than the ezFrame by Elite. (All's fair - an equivalent Firehawk fixed wall projector screen is much over double the price. Color was virtually identical, but yellows did appear just a touch stronger than on the Firehawk®. This was very close and not an issue. Overall color was very good.With a 100" 16:9 Elite ezFrame screen selling for about half of a Da-Lite Cinema Contour with ProTrim (their fancy velourish border), and barely a 1/3 of a Stewart Luxus Deluxe, it allows home theater people to own an attractive looking fixed wall screen, with good performance, at a price that simply isn't available from the larger established brands.
