The word "HOLD" will appear when the HOLD button is pressed - you can now manually control your thermostat. HOLD will override, not delete what is programmed.

Press the UP or Down button located on right side one time to Light Display and View Current Settings
Press the UP or Down buttons to Temporarily Change the Current Temperature. The thermostat will automatically return to the next programmed time.

If you want to USE THE THERMOSTAT MANUALLY: Press the HOLD button and release, the word Hold will appear on the Display, then press the UP or DOWN buttons to set the desired temperature. Please note: HOLD will override your programs, but not delete them. *** If you change the temperature, you do not need to press HOLD again. Pressing HOLD will bring you back to your programmed settings. If you GO AWAY FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS: Press the HOLD button, the word Hold will appear on the Display. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to set the desired temperature. If you want to RUN THE PROGRAM: Press the HOLD button and release, the word Hold will disappear from the Display. Your base program will run. To change the program, follow the steps below.

Steps: 1. Press Program - this starts the Programming Mode 2. Select Day you want to program (if you want to start on the current day, no need to press Change Day) 3. Time will be flashing. Using the UP / DOWN buttons, select your Start Time 4. Press the Set Time/Temp button to Select HEAT or COOL mode to program 5. Press UP / DOWN buttons to select Desired Temperature 6. Press Program to Select the Next Period to program (You have 4 programs per day: Wake, Day, Eve, and Sleep)

Hint: to Copy a Previous Days settings, press Program, press the Change Day button to select a new day, then press the Copy Previous Day button to copy the entire setting. Smart Recovery: Your thermostat will start adjusting the temperature 1.5 hours before the scheduled temperature change.
