Panasonic Authorized Scanner Resellers FY2013 1H Scanner Trade-in & Trade-Up Rebate Program Document Imaging-2013-MB-33 April 1, 2013 Panasonic System Communications Company of North America is pleased to announce it has extended the Scanner Trade-in & Trade-Up Rebate Program for the first half of Fiscal Year 2013. Between the dates of April 1, 2013 and September 30, 2013, Panasonic is offering its customers a Trade-in rebate and free environmentally friendly disposal of their old and tired scanner, with the purchase of a brand new feature-packed Panasonic scanner. The Panasonic Scanner Trade-in & Trade-up Program is a great way for your customers to save money on their recent purchase and eliminates their concern of how to dispose of their existing equipment. Regardless of the number of units purchased, Panasonic offers free shipping/freight to its recycling center. For larger installations, Panasonic will provide on-site pickup and proof of destruction once the product is recycled. Panasonic will accept most popular brands of document scanners regardless of operating condition, including Fujitsu, Canon, Kodak and legacy Panasonic models. How your Customers Can Earn a Trade-In & Trade-up Rebate      Have your customer purchase an applicable Panasonic scanner to replace their old document scanner. Have them fill out the online rebate claim form at http://www.panasonic.com/scanners and have them submit proof of purchase. Panasonic will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for their document scanner(s). Have them box up the old scanner and ship it free of charge to the Panasonic Recycling Center. Panasonic will then process their claim upon receipt of old equipment and send them a check! For larger projects where freight pickup is necessary, please contact your Panasonic Partner Sales Manager to coordinate claiming & on-site pickup. Program Terms & Conditions 1. One (1) rebate claim per one (1) replacement Panasonic scanner purchase permitted. 2. Promotion valid between April 1, 2013 and September 30, 2013 only, all sales prior to program start date are excluded. 3. Promotion valid in the 48 contiguous United States only and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Latin America. 4. Customer must submit Rebate claim to Panasonic within 30 days of the purchase date of the replacement scanner. Rebate claim must include valid proof of purchase. 5. All rebate claims will be processed by Panasonic. Please allow 7-10 business days for initial claim processing and receipt of the prepaid equipment shipping label. 6. Rebate check will be issued directly to your customer upon receipt and processing of the used equipment at the Panasonic Recycling Center. Allow 60-90 days for delivery of the rebate check following equipment delivery. 7. Panasonic reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion at any time, without prior written notice.
