For optimal performance, please make sure the monitor is located within range of the WiFi router. Alternatively, a Wi-Fi repeater or Powerline adapter with integrated Wi-Fi can be used close to the monitor in order to boost the signal strength.

The uGrow smart baby monitor uses SafeConnect Technology to work across networks, automatically matching bandwidth to maintain a high quality connection to your baby. The monitor constantly seeks to reconnect and notifies you if your connection cannot be restored, automatically adjusts audio & video to network, won't drain the battery & works even when you are using your phone for other things. The monitor requires internet connection and is compatible with iOS7/ Android 4.1 & above. All the support features you'd expect: lullabies, nightlight, humidity, temperature monitoring & recording. All settings and notifications for the smart baby monitor and the app can be completely personalized so you can choose and receive exactly the frequency and type of updates you want. Our uGrow smart baby monitor connects to the internet via Wi-Fi, a technology which allows electronic devices to network. The image on the side indicates a fictive floorplan, Wi-Fi router & Wi-Fi signal. The Wi-Fi signal will decrease in strength when the distance between the camera & Wi-Fi router increases and/or when objects are blocking the signal.
The connection with the baby monitor is completely secure and private. Up to 10 cameras can be supported, 3 viewers including yourself - can monitor simultaneously from wherever you and they are in the world.
The uGrow smart baby monitor has a built in sensor to monitor and record the humidity, temperature and sound in your baby's room. In addition to this, you can also personalize the humidity, temperature and sound thresholds, enabling you to create and maintain the very best, healthy sleep environment. This is just one of the ways the uGrow smart baby monitor provides more data for more insights into your baby's healthy development.
