Nomenclature All the important performance data of a Kärcher automatic scrubber is contained in the product designation. Normally, the product designation consists of three elements: 1. The abbreviation for the type of machine: BR = Automatic Scrubber with roller brush BD = Automatic Scrubber with disc brush
Versions available: • BAT: Battery-powered
2. Performance data in numbers: In the names of roller brush machines with a combination of numbers (e.g. BR 75/140 R) the first number is the working width (in cm), and the second number is the capacity of the fresh/dirty water tank (in litres). 3. Code letters for type and equipment: • C for “compact”, e.g. machines without travel drive (traction) • W or T for “walk-behind”, machines with travel drive (traction) • R for “ride-on” machines

Power scrubber with roller brush technology Scrub, strip and polish with one machine. The industry exclusive BRS 40/1000 C eliminates the sore hands, wrists, arms and backs associated with conventional rotary disk floor machines.
Two counter rotating high speed roller brushes do not exert handle torque. No strain on the operator.
Easy transport: The large snap-on wheels allow the machine to be easily moved to different locations. Wheels store directly on the machine handle when not in use. The operating handle can be folded to transport the BRS 40/1000 C in small vehicles.

One body - three head choices The B 80 W floor scrubber with traction drive is highly maneuverable and is ideal for contract cleaners, schools, hospitals, manufacturers and warehouses. Equipped with the new brush head generation, one body and three different head choices 26” disc, 26” roller brush and 30” roller brush. The roller brush versions come with integrated sweeping device which sweeps and scrubs in one step. Automatic Fill: The filter-protected clean solution tank is filled by snapping a hose onto the “Gardenia” fitting. When the tank is full, water flow automatically stops no waiting around, no spills on the floor.

Ride-on floor scrubbers
Ride instead of walk This new mid-size rider is designed to simplify your floor scrubbing operations. Large 37 gallon tanks allow up to 24,000 sq. ft. of cleaning before emptying and refilling is necessary. More work, less stoppage, equals faster cleaning. Operator apprehension is all but eliminated with one large single button control with self-explaining function icons, completely understandable in any language. Choice of conventional rotary disk or high speed roller brush in 30" or 36" sizes. Roller brush heads include an integrated pre-sweep and programmable brush speeds to match the machine to the cleaning requirement. For operator comfort the seat back is adjustable. Choice of conventional lead-acid or optional maintenance-free gel cell battery packs. Gel cell batteries are also available on all Kärcher walkbehind automatic floor scrubber models.

Top of the line ride-ons for industrial use Very robust ride-on scrubber with big water and battery capacity. Special model with sweep-vacuum attachment enables it to be used as a dual-purpose machine for vacuum sweeping and scrubbing/drying.
The large filler opening of the 66 gallon fresh/dirty water tank make filling and cleaning easy. Tank-in-tank system helps minimise overall machine dimensions and provides a high capacity at the same time.
