Modern adhesive techniques borrowed from the aeronautics industry ensure a fully sealed construction with no bolting through the outer walls. The floor-to-wall joints are fixed by screws through the inside and finished by adhesive over all surfaces and round the whole body. Eura Mobil uses a mix of two industrial adhesives for optimum efficiency: one metre of joined profile can support the full weight of a complete 3.5t mobile home! The wood-free wall panels are insulated throughout to ensure the best winter use. D C A B Stability through quality Eura Mobil supplies a particularly stable and torsion-resistant superstructure. To do this, we use high-stability moulded parts made from fibreglass-reinforced plastics and chassis frames made from lightweight and stable aluminium profiles. However, the aluminium profiles in the floor plate, which form the torsion-resistant foundations, remain invisible. The stability of the fibreglass walls and roof has also been proven in hailstorms, as a test by "Promobil" 02/2010 demonstrates. All-round body sealing The Eura-Mobil seal of quality for all-round protection of the body is achieved by a fully joined and watertight sealed body with wall and floor panels made from rust-proof materials. Adhesive joints make bolting through the outer walls totally unnecessary, minimising the risk of leakage. And it serves as a technology space where on-board technology and water tanks can be space-savingly stowed out of the reach of frost (optional on some models with the Arctic package). From a regulatory perspective, Eura Mobil vehicles with the appropriate equipment fulfil the EN 1646 standard, achieving the highest classification "winter-proof". From a purely practical perspective, this means that your water pipes won't freeze even in the hardest frosts. Fibreglass-reinforced plastic combines many contradictions: parts made from this material weigh very little, yet they are exceptionally stable. They achieve a high level of stability and avoid material stresses. They are superbly resilient to environmental influences such as moisture, stone chips, road salt or even hail, and also offer excellent insulation against cold, heat and even sound. They are long-lasting and can be shaped to create attractive designs. They are easy to clean and, if the worst happens, they are also easy to repair. So you may be starting to understand why we're so excited about this material. Fibreglass solid moulded parts: low weight, fantastic insulation All fibreglass parts in our vehicles are filled with hardened polyurethane foam. This combination makes the structure highly stable yet at the same time lightweight. And it provides superbly efficient insulation. Fibreglass underbody Protected entrance area Precision components Fibreglass wall The underbody is fully clad in fibreglass, protecting it brilliantly against weathering, stone chips and road salt (Promobil 02/ 10). Even the entrance is made from a moulded piece of fibreglass-reinforced plastic. Wheel arches and the entrance area are protected against corrosion with stable moulded fibreglass parts. Stable aluminium aprons provide effective scuff protection for the edges of the body. Modern parts moulded from fibreglass-reinforced plastic give the Integra Line its superb stability and are what make its unique design possible. The wood-free fibreglass wall is bonded throughout to the roof and floor instead of being bolted on in isolated places. After all, not using screws in the outer wall means no holes for water to penetrate. Thanks to screw-free, bonded connection technology inspired by the world of aviation and the use of lightweight and highly stable components made from fibreglass, these models offer excellent long-term quality with an especially low weight. The floor surface made from fibreglass alone reduces the weight by 25 kg to 50 kg (depending on the vehicle type) compared to comparable floor plans from earlier productions. Added to this are new materials in the floor plate and an innovative, material-reducing profile connecting technique. All this means that even the 3.5-tonne class still has practical room to spare for cargo up to 500 kg and more based on the weight in its ready to drive state. Sealing and design profile in a single component They can even be used between the walls and the roof without a single screw. To do this, a lightweight, powder-coated aluminium profile is bonded across its entire surface. This means we can do without an additional cover profile on the joining point, making the construction even lighter. Floor plate without additional reinforcement profile New lightweight floor surface (from Profila T) Hardened polyurethane foam creates additional reinforcement at the junction with the wall. An additional aluminium reinforcing profile can therefore be dispensed with. The structure of the floor surface used by Eura Mobil quietens the sound of footsteps and is easy to wipe clean. Its top layer is made from PVC, while underneath is a thin layer of plywood. The 35 mm-thick insulating and supporting layer is made from special foam, with its end forming an underneath layer of moisture-resistant fibreglass. Wood-free walls Solid moulded fibreglass parts with lightweight insulation Since we are able to avoid using heavy wooden struts, our fibreglass walls save lots of weight. They are nevertheless so stable that even hail has no impact on the external walls. A full-length, lightweight layer of insulation joins the external wall with the equally weight-saving fibreglass internal wall. Our fibreglass "miracle material" is also moisture-resistant. All fibreglass parts are filled inside with hardened polyurethane foam. This combination makes the construction extremely stable yet lightweight at the same time - and also provides extremely efficient insulation. An adjustable bed frame often provides access to the storage space. If the bed is hydraulically height-adjustable, it allows a range of garage and bed access heights. In series: Profila One, Profila T / RS , Integra Line / LS Two sliding doors from the sleeping area with queen bed to the washroom and a room-dividing door from the washroom to the front of the vehicle make the shower, toilet cubicle and washroom each usable separately. The washroom with wash basin is installed centrally in front of the bed.
