Locate the mounting post (Fig.1) that came with your BrakeMaster. If needed, order part number 450596. Now, secure the post to the center of the seat adaptor using the included 3/8" x ¾" bolt and 3/8" lock washer. If the hole is countersunk, use the Allen head bolt and lock washer included with this kit. 2. 2 On each side, pull back the carpet flap (Fig.2) and remove a T45 Torx bolt attaching the front seat pedestal to the floor (Fig.3). 3. Place the 1" x ¾" pipe spacers over the holes you just uncovered (Fig.3). Place the seat adaptor over the pipe spacers (Fig.4). Note: the mounting post on the adaptor (Fig.1) must be directly in line to the brake pedal. The BrakeMaster air cylinder may jam or function incorrectly if the mounting post is not directly in line with the brake pedal. Now, bolt the seat adaptor into place using two 10mm x 1.50 x 50mm bolts, lock washers and flat washers. 4. 3 5. Attach the air cylinder.
