SEATING MANAGERIAL / CONFERENCE CZN 79622 Series - AIKO Seat Height Adjustment-7 – Allows you to adjust the seat so feet meet the floor or a stable footrest. The angle between your lower leg and thigh should be at least 90° with your feet flat on the floor or footrest. Raising = Lift your weight off the seat and pull up on the lever (7); releasing when desired height is achieved. Lowering = While seated, lift up on the lever (7); releasing when desired height is achieved. Seat Depth Adjustment- 4 – Seat pan adjustment can address the needs of multiple users, achieved by backrest adjustability in-out, or a sliding seat pan. Hips and thighs should be well supported. Adjust = Lift some weight off the seat, push button (4) under the right side of the seat. Move the seat forward or backward to the desired position and release the button to lock. Seat Tilt Adjustment- 5 – Synchro movement of backrest and seat pan may reduce lower back load. Seat tilt is not an independent feature on this model. Adjust = Recline and tilt are adjusted with a single lever (5) on the right side. Rotate the rear lever (5) on the back of the seat right hand side. Rotate lever (5) up or down. Variable Backrest Limiter- 8 – Allows user to adjust position of backrest. A slight back tilt transfers some body weight to the backrest. Adjust = Turn the lever (8) on the left side of the chair to unlock. Slide the back away to pull the seat to the desired position. Tension Adjustment- 6 – Will increase or decrease the amount of effort needed to recline in the chair. If there is too much play within the backrest, tighten for desired support and safety. Synchro movement of backrest and seat pan may reduce lower back load. Adjust = Turn the end of the lever (6) on the right side clockwise. To loosen, turn the end of the lever (6) counterclockwise.
