Second Generation Mobile Smart Repeater with Multiple Carrier transcievers Data Sheet MSRB2500 3G Wireless Signal Booster expands Voice and High Speed Packet coverage into “weak” signal areas This Smart Repeater expands mobile phone RF signal coverage into low signal-level areas. Mobile phone customers, when in buildings with high stone, concrete, stucco and metal wall content, experience poor wireless coverage. This Repeater starts with a Window Unit that is strategically placed to receive and send the highest possible RF signal from and to the nearest Mobile base station. It then uses unlicensed 5GHz spectrum to an indoor Coverage Unit. The Coverage Unit delivers RF to and from Mobile devices. This simple, powerful architecture allows your customers to deploy indoor coverage with no setup hassle. It’s completely plug and play. This repeater significantly boosts customers’ data speeds as well. The Window Unit displays 3G signal strength with the familiar “bars.” Your customers may use it or their mobile phones at different windows to select the optimal placement for the best possible RF reception. Once this is done, the MSRB2500’s Coverage Unit delivers the optimal reception to mobile devices. Benefit to mobile operators Reduced Churn - Fewer dropped calls and higher data rates promote customer retention. Higher Data Service Usage - Improved data rates in weak signal areas encourage its use. Decreased Capex - Lowers cost of indoor coverage and increases capacity of 3G Macro wireless networks. RF compatible with Macro Cells - Co-exists with macro network with real time automatic gain adjustment. Operator Specific - Integrated with the network through which the MSRB2500 was purchased. Decreased OpEx - Self selects correct frequency based upon PLMN code (UARFCN), eliminating provisioning effort. Significant increase in Network Capacity - Serves formerly low signal level clients. Self Adjusting - Automatically selects the correct frequency for use based on UARFCN and Operator PLMNID codes, thereby eliminating additional provisioning effort. Multi Carrier Support - Supports multiple carriers (up to three simultaneous, either contiguous or non-contiguous). Self Installs with Low Support Cost - “Zero option” automatic setup eliminates customer confusion.
