Featured here is the SEM Model 0304 COMBO unit. Built with safety in mind, this system features TWO Separate Feed Openings and Cutting Chambers: One designed for ROTATIONAL Platter based Hard Drives and the Other for SOLID STATE Drives/Devices. The system uses specially designed saw-tooth cutters to shred Rotational Drives at 1.00” width and SSD Devices at .375” (small enough to insure the destruction of data storage chips used in SSD Devices). With its integrated discharge conveyor, Shredded Material is deposited into a Gaylord Box or any convenient collection container. An optional Dual Belted Conveyor and Divider is available to keep shredded waste segregated. In addition to Hard Drives, SEM HDD Shredders are also ideal for the shredding of other e-Media items such as Data Tapes, Cell Phones, Blackberries, Optical Media, Thumb Drives, PCBs and other related Electronic Storage Media.
