SEM Navigator Camera SEM Navigator is a standalone digital camera system that provides users with a way of creating and storing high quality optical images of samples at atmosphere prior to loading into the microscope. Once the sample is loaded into the SEM, the acquired digital image may be used to navigate across the sample to the user’s points of interest with the included Image Navigator software.
Key Features
Point and click SEM navigation with NO alignment required after initial set up of instrument Fifteen megapixel (4608 x 3288) camera to capture high resolution images with a variable field of view (up to 6-inches) Digital working distance and sample height readout, adjustable aperture, focus, and filtering, with a variable intensity light Image Navigator software for acquiring/storing photos, importing photos, and providing SEM stage navigation. Images can be saved in multiple formats – Jpeg, Bitmap, and Tiff Local or networked functionality provided by Ethernet connection
