The hotel has a spacious parking-space and is very well situated in the golden triangle Ghent, Brussels, Antwerp, only a few minutes away from the railway-station of Bornem. The two professionally outfitted meetingrooms, fitted with air-conditioning and wireless internet and provided with the most updated audio-visual technology, are perfect for meetings, courses, seminars, training-sessions, presentations, etc… We also provide technical assistance, to avoid any hitches during your meeting. If requested, every meeting can be supplied with a varied breakfast buffet, a tasty bread-lunch and/or a comfortable stay overnight in our four-star hotel. Arrangements with hot lunch or diner are organised in cooperation with Hotel De Notelaer.
Seminar tariffs A seminar or meeting is always made to measure and should not be considered complete or limited in this packet. Flexibility and goods made to measure are two basic principles premised with the organization of meetings and seminars. Our different formulas are bundled into seminar packets made to the wishes and the budget of the client. Next to the hereafter summed up seminar packets for an entire day, packets are also offered which are limited to a morning or an afternoon. These prices are always made to measure in view of the specific character. One of our strong points is our personal involvement and perfect service. All possibilities are open to us: meetings in one of our drawing rooms, meetings with drink or reception afterwards, residential seminaries with sleepover… There is a formula made to the measure of any firm. SERVICE-VAT The service and rent of the meeting room in the seminar packets is included till 17.00h, and in the residential packet till 24.00h. After these hours all consummation will be charged at normal tariffs and the service at €20 per waiter for every hour started. Unless otherwise and especially mentioned, all our prices are 6,12 and/or 21% VAT included. CONFIRMATION OF ADVANCE The booking of a seminar is done on location or by registered post, fax or mail. An advance of 10% of the ordered packet is cash payable, or for companies within five days after receiving the invoice. CONDITIONS OF ANNULATIONS The advance is not refundable and will be kept in case of annulations as a reparation for breach of contract. This under the proviso that claims can be made for higher real damages. PAYMENT Cash, unless otherwise mentioned STATEMENT OF RIGHT NUMBER The right number is to be stated to us 5 days before the seminar. Changes can be passed on until the day before the seminar. Thereafter no more changes can be made and the stated number will be invoiced. DANCING ORCHESTRA'S/DISK JOCKEY/COPYRIGHTS Dancing orchestra’s and Disk Jockey’s are not allowed, unless otherwise and explicitly mentioned. The organising person is at all times bound to all legal obligations concerning Copyrights and SABAM. RESPONSIBILITY De Notelaer is not responsible for damages or theft of the material and clothes brought along.
