SUBJECT: IDW GCG-9 Monster Cooler Stability SITUATION / BACKGROUND
The concern was raised about the tip-over stability of Monster G9 and GCG-9B. IDW investigated and designed a front leveler leg extension kit that will increase the stability of the cooler. PARTS / INSTRUCTIONS
When servicing these cooler for stability, use front leveler kit number below and follow the attached IDW assembly instructions for installing the extension leg assembly.

There is a stability concern with the G9 and GCG-9B coolers. A Front Leveler Extension Kit, as described below, has been designed that will solve this issue and increase the unit’s stability.

Assembly Instructions Step 1: Tilt cooler in position to access front legs. Ensure cooler is stable and secure. Front of Cooler

Step 2: Remove front left & right leveling legs
Step 3: Correctly position L & R Extension Leg Assy to the front of cooler as shown in image.

Step 4: Secure by reinstalling L & R cooler levelers by hand. Using Channel Lock type pliers, snug leveler to secure extension to base.
Step 5: Once installed, be sure to adjust the extension levelers to fully contact floor.
