When mouse can not work please use a good USB cable to check if the mouse can function or not ,if mouse can function that means the old USB cable is failed so please replace a new USB cable. If cursor can not move smoothly,please replace sensor(U2). Loose screws Using screwdriver to loose 3 screws as red circle and then you can take the upper cover apart. Picture Version 1.0 Page 8 Service Manual 3.
