When mouse can not work please use a good USB cable to check if the mouse can function or not ,if mouse can function that means the old USB cable is failed so please replace a new USB cable. Turn over mouse Description Picture To disassemble the mouse, you have to turn over mouse and loosen 4 screws shown as red circle after removing the pad then you can take the upper cover apart. Loose screws Ergo 520(U+P) (2.1)Using screwdriver to loose 2 screws shown as red circle (2.2)Pick up the roller as red arrow pointed (2.3)Disconnect USB cable (2.4)Then you can take the PCBA apart.
