b.Check receiver. If cursor can not work or can not move smoothly ,please use another new good receiver with original mouse to check whether the cursor can function or not, if yes it means the former receiver is bad so please replace receiver PCBA. Receiver PCBA

1. Turn over mouse
To disassemble the mouse, you have to turn over mouse.
2. Loose screws
Using screwdriver to loose 2 screws after taking the battery cover apart.

Take apart the upper cover and then loose screws as red arrows pointed to pick PCBA directly.
The PCBA is the most important part of mouse.
