GROUP BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS Tentative Booking A Tentative Booking will be held for 2 days / 48hours until EOB at 5pm, and if not confirmed, will be cancelled after this period. All tentative discussions are not considered secured or serious unless a credit card deposit has been made. Seating Requests We will do our utmost to seat your group in your requested area, however we are unable to guarantee. Set Menus We require all parties of 15 or more to pre-select from one of our banquet set Menu selections, which you will find attached. The entire table must take the same banquet. You are welcome to select additional favourite dishes from the a la carte menu to be added to your banquet service. Please advise us of any dietary requirements and concerns at time of booking. Please note where possible we do our best to cater for food allergies but we give no guarantee that our kitchens are gluten free or similar. Customers need to make themselves comfortable that the dish they have order meets any dietary intolerance specified. Please notify us of particular special requests prior to your party date, includes cakes and children’s meals. Children’s meals are applicable to minors 12 and under only, all other minors will be charged full price. Final numbers are required 48 hours before the date of your booking. Cakeage Cakeage is charged at $3.00 per head and includes your choice of cream or ice cream. Beverage Service All beverages will be charged upon consumption and added to the final bill. We are a fully licensed venue and therefore do not accept BYO. Credit Card Deposit/Cancellation Fee In order to secure your group reservation, you must provide us with your credit card deposit. No deposit will be charged and only the following cancellation fee will apply if you fail to notify us to cancel your booking 48 hours before date of the booking:For groups of 15-24 guests, $100 cancellation fee is applicable; For groups of 25-34 guests, $300 cancellation fee is applicable; For groups of 35 or more, $500 cancellation fee is applicable; • Please note we do not split bills (one bill per group booking); however they do come fully itemised. • EFTPOS, credit card or cash will be accepted for payment on the night (no cheques).
Children (Minors) • Photo Proof of Age Identification will be required for entry. Patrons may be asked to show legal proof of age at any time; this is a club policy and requirement for entry. • Please note minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times and may not be seated at the bar. • The parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that no alcohol is consumed by or purchased for the minor. • We require minors to depart premises by 09.00pm (21:00). • In accordance with liquor licensing law, the manager on duty is authorised to determine if a person is a responsible adult. Cancellation Policy By providing us your credit card details, you personally agree to be responsible for this reservation including any costs associated with dining at Flame. You also understand, accept and agree to adhere to the policies, details and terms & conditions outlined in this document, and those of the Canterbury League Club.
