Since some of the supplies require a three year warranty period (while the general warranty is one year) does the performance guarantee for 10% of the contract value be issued for one year or three years, or do you require two performance guarantees separately for 10% of the supplies that have one year guarantee period and 10% of the supplies that have three years guarantee period.
One single performance guarantee for 10% of the contract value will be issued by the Supplier and it will be released after the contract duration (delivery and warranty period of one year). However, the commercial warranty required shall cover three years for certain equipments, not affecting the issuance and release of the performance guarantee.
