Description Specification The LANmark Maritime Lloyd's approved cable is a 4 pair S/FTP construction with individual pair foils and an overall braid screen. It is fully compliant to the Category 7 cable specifications and offers a bandwidth of 600MHz. The cable has a blue LSZH jacket and is fully certified for Maritime LAN applications. Application When installed with the appropriate LANmark connectivity the cable is suitable for the support of all Ethernet applications from 10Base-T to 10GBase-T. Ideally paired with the LANmark 6A Evo connector this cable will provide a robust Category 6A/Class EA Channel. Performance As a component the cable exceeds the requirements of IEC 61156-5. When combined with LANmark-6A connectivity the channel requirements of ISO/ IEC 11801:2011 are exceeded. Compliance with ISO/IEC 24702 is also assured. Installation The LANmark Maritime Lloyd's approved cable has been specially constructed to ensure maximum braid coverage is maintained during and after installation. To support the correct set-up of hand held analysers for installation testing, the actual cable NVP value is given in the cable's print legend.
