Samsung Brand Store and Service Center in British Columbia Samsung has a Brand Store in the Metrotown Mall in Burnaby, BC where we are selling some of our brand's products, such as: Notebooks and Slates (IT), Phones and Tablets (WT), Cameras and Lenses (CE).
The facility also has a Service Absolut part, in which our customers are able to take their units in for repair for in-warranty products. The Service Center should also be assigned for CE (excluding in-home service), WT and IT product repairs as follows: (Please refer to the next page for ASC codes and other important information!!!!) This Service Center also handles warranty exchanges for products purchased IN the Store, as well as provide loaner units to customers whose Phone is being repaired in the center.
Keep in Mind…
At time of sale customers should be encouraged to contact Samsung’s customer care center or visit Samsung service centre for support. For customers that wish to deal directly with the Samsung store, the store will be able to provide the customer the following service support: Perform a warranty exchange on qualified products purchased directly from the store (WT and Camera products only) Facilitate the return of a defective product to the Samsung service center. Provide the customer with a service loaner while the customer’s product is away at the service center (Smartphones only) Perform a firmware or factory reset on a device (Smartphones and Tablets only) using Samsung SMART Tool
