Terms and Conditions summary 1. Next Business Day Service is available in the following countries: Belgium, Czech Republic, Dubai, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom 2. 4-Hour Service is available in the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Greece, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, South Africa . Depending on the location, also available in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden (on locations not exceeding fifty (50) km of a contractor service location). 3. 7 x 24Hr Service (NBD cover) is available in the following countries: Germany, Greece, Poland, UK. 4. PPM shall mean the Principal Period of Maintenance , which is 08.45 hrs to 17.00 hrs, local time, Monday through Friday, exclusive of Contractor-observed local holidays. 5. Next Business Day Response shall mean that a Customer Repair Engineer (CRE) shall arrive on-site at the End User Location within hundred fifty (150) km of a contractor service location, the next business day during the PPM, provided that the receipt of call is prior to 15.00 hrs local time. 6. Four Hour Response shall mean that a CRE shall arrive on-site at the End User Location during the PPM within four hours, provided that the receipt of call is prior to 12.00 hrs local time. Contractor will respond on the "Next Business Day response" for any instance where contractor' receipt of call is after the applicable cut-off time. Four hour response time commitments are limited to End-User locations within fifty (50) km radius from a Contractor Service location. 7.
