- expand your system as the need arises The TMM 5x Series provides you with an excellent multi switch solution when you have a need for access to one to four satellite positions. Due to the modular and compact concept the system allows you to expand it as the need arises without loosing flexibility and with full use of initial investment. Start with one position and a few users. Add more cable, users and even positions later, with no waste and a total re-use of initial installation. Easy adjustments. All TMM multi switches feature an attenuator for each polarity, which enables you to secure a uniform level no matter where the multi switch is placed. Near or far away from the dish and LNB or line amplifier, the same switch can be used. Easy and simple installation. The compact TMM units can be easily mounted on the wall using 4- og 6-unit mounting plates (allows preassembly), or simply on the wall using brackets on every unit. Multi position installations are typically done using 4- and 8-output units and DiSEqC bridger units. One system, many polarities and many subscribers. The TMM cascadable switches enables you to build large cascadable systems using the same few units as simple building blocks. If more satellite positions are needed, up to 4 TMM units can be placed side-by-side and bridged via a 2-, 3- or 4-way DiSEqC bridger unit. Any mix between 1 and up to 4 satellite positions can be used for every subscriber. Save the environment. TMM Multi switches are powered by the individual set top boxes. External power supply is only needed for line amplifiers and LNB, and it can be placed anywhere in the system, where you have mains available and is NOT restricted to an inaccessible position. TMM 5x has a terrestrial loop-through, and in a multi position system, you only need one unit with terrestrial input.
