Camera Features • Industry-standard C-mount lens holder • Removable optical window • 2 SDR connectors with screw locks • On-board temperature and power sensors • Status LED. • Includes ASA/ISO-compliant tripod mounting bracket • 8- and 10-bit image modes • Row windowing with support for up to 8 separate ROIs • Updatable firmware versions in the field • Reverse imaging (X-Y mirroring) • Embedded image information • Cable locking screw connectors • Using a command set developed by Point Grey in conjunction with external frame grabber software, users can control camera operation and configure properties such as gain, exposure, and black level.
Camera Link Benefits Camera Link offers very high bandwidth, low power consumption, and low data and software trigger latencies. Point Grey’s 2.2 and 4.1 megapixel monochrome Gazelle models are based on high speed CMOSIS CMV2000 and CMV4000 global shutter CMOS sensors. The 2.2 megapixel model outputs 2048x1088 resolution images at a maximum rate of 280 FPS, while the 4.1 megapixel model outputs 2048x2048 images at 150 FPS.
