This is a steam ironing station with steam generator Standard iron and iron (standard or professional iron). – Stainless steel soleplate Steam generator and iron are connected with each Handle and housing made of plastics other via a steam hose with electrical cabel. No – connecting plug. – Soleplate temperature regulator Steam generator

New Unit Information Troubleshooting Problem
Remedy
No steam release at iron
- Check water level in steam boiler / top up. - Check / replace steam hose from steam generator to iron. - Check / replace iron switch at steam generator. - Check / replace boiler heater switch at steam generator. - Check / replace steam switch at iron. - Check / replace steam volume control valve at boiler. - Check / replace solenoid valve at boiler. - Check / replace temperature limiter at boiler. - Check / replace temperature regulator at boiler. - Check / replace boiler heater.
Iron does not heat.
- Check / replace iron switch at steam generator. - Check / replace temperature limiter at iron. - Check / replace temperature regulator at iron. - Check / replace boiler heater.
Steam discharge at safety cap
- Check / replace safety valve. - Check / replace safety cap.
Note: When the temperature limiter is activated, first find out the cause of defect. The temperature limiter cannot be repaired. It has to be replaced when defective.
