Cautions Before trying to operate your GRX-1200-R, you will need to charge the 12 Volt SLA cart battery overnight. The USB port on the underside of the receiver Dome can be used to charge your remote transmitter battery. This is an alternative to the wall charger or in case you lose power on the course. Under normal use, one charge of the transmitter should give you three months service. If you play everyday, you may need to charge your transmitter every 30-45 days. When first using your cart, practice in a large open area. You will want to “balance” your cart to keep the front wheel on the ground under normal course conditions. Your GRX-1200-R should only tip onto the rear wheel when on extreme inclines. You may need to add weight to your golf bag to adjust the balance of the cart. Keep battery forward, using the small block provided. Battery Service Cart Battery – 12 Volt – 40 Ah • To maximize battery life, charge your cart battery immediately following your round of golf. LED on charger will turn green when battery is fully charged. • During periods of inactivity, charge your battery every 30-45 days. • Store your battery in a cool dark place Transmitter Battery – Lithium Ion • The operational voltage range on your transmitter is 3.0V to 4.13V • When the voltage falls below 3.2V, the red LED will flash quickly, indicating that your transmitter should be charged • Charge your transmitter using the wall charger supplied. Connect via USB cable. Charge for 12 plus hours. You can charge your transmitter from the USB port on the cart if needed.
