Weight and Usage Limitations:
Congratulations on the purchase of your Orbit Stroller Panniers. Please take the time to read through this instruction manual carefully and make sure anyone else using the Panniers reads it carefully as well.
The maximum weight limit of each Stroller Pannier is 8 lbs (3.5 kg), for a total of 16 lbs (7 kg) when using both Panniers on the Stroller. Always use both Panniers on the Stroller and make sure to even out the weight between the two Panniers.

Death or Serious Injury Can Occur Do not let others install or use the Orbit Stroller Panniers without reading all instructions first. Never exceed 8 lbs (3.5 kg) in each Stroller Pannier. Always use two Stroller Panniers, one on each side of the Stroller.

Some Important Warnings:
Stroller Panniers are intended for cargo use only. Never use your Panniers for carrying children or live animals. Make sure your Stroller Pannier is locked securely onto the Stroller before loading.

Never lift or carry your Stroller by the Panniers. PINCH HAZARD: Make sure all fingers and hands are free from the Pannier Clamps, Clip, and Locking Carry Handle when attaching, removing, or collapsing.

Attaching & Removing Your Panniers
Collapsing & Folding Your Panniers
The Panniers can be attached onto the Orbit Stroller on either side of the SmartHub™ ring.
The Panniers can be collapsed and then folded on the Stroller when not in use.
Attaching the Panniers
Folding the Panniers while on the Stroller
1. Lift up on the Locking Carry Handle to open the Pannier Clamps.
1. Pull both ends of the black Clip together and fasten, collapsing the Pannier (Photo D).
3. Position the Pannier Clamps over the triangular tubes at the sides of the Stroller frame (Photo A).
2. Press the two green Folding Buttons at the same time to fold the Pannier Frame downwards, against the Stroller (Photo E).
4. Lower the Locking Carry Handle until it touches the Pannier Frame, closing the Pannier Clamps on the Stroller Frame (Photo B). Make sure Pannier is securely attached by gently lifting up on the Pannier Frame.

1. Lift the Pannier Frame until it clicks at the horizontal position. 2. Release Clip to expand the Pannier.

1. Make sure the Pannier Frame is unfolded, in its horizontal position. 2. Lift up on the Locking Carry Handle to open the Pannier Clamps (Photo C). 3. Lift the Pannier fully off of the Stroller with the Locking Carry Handle.

Using the Rain Fly

1. Pull out the Rain Fly from the Rain Fly Pocket and spread it over the Pannier opening. 2. Choose from three sets of Button Holes depending on height of goods in your Pannier. Fit the Button Holes over the green Rain Fly Anchors (Photo F).

Removing the Pannier to Clean
2. Remove the stiff board from the pocket on the underside of the Pannier (Photo K).
H The Orbit Stroller can still be folded with both Panniers collapsed and attached to the Stroller frame (Photo H).
Cleaning the Pannier Bag The Pannier Bag, removable Rain Fly, and all other hard parts can be spot cleaned using a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water. Line dry. Reattaching the Pannier Bag 1. Replace the Pannier Board in the pocket on the bottom of the Pannier.
I The Panniers can be used on your Orbit Stroller with any Orbit seat in forwardfacing or rear-facing position (Photo I).

1. Release the hook and loop closures on the Pannier to separate it from the metal Pannier Frame (Photo J).

2) Secure the top flap of the Pannier over the Pannier Frame and secure the hook and loop closures (Photo L).

What this limited warranty covers and for how long:
Limitation of Remedies under Limited Warranty:
Orbit Baby, Inc. (“Orbit Baby”) warrants that the product accompanied by this limited warranty is free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product. The limited warranty period also applies to any implied warranties that may exist under applicable law. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Your remedies under this limited warranty are limited to repair or replacement of the product or components of the product. In no event will Orbit Baby or any of its retailers, dealers, distributors or resellers be liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages relating to the product (including any repaired or replacement product or component) or its use. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.

This limited warranty does not apply to: (1) defects resulting from repair (except by Orbit Baby or its authorized service representatives) or alteration of the product, (2) defects resulting from use with covers, inserts, accessories, tightening devices, or other components not supplied by or expressly approved in writing by Orbit Baby, and (3) defects resulting from misuse, including any use not in accordance with the product instructions, abuse, accident, neglect, improper maintenance or handling, or normal wear and tear.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from State to State.

If you believe the product is defective please return it to Orbit Baby in the manner described below within the limited warranty period. If Orbit Baby determines a defect is covered by this limited warranty, Orbit Baby will, at its option, repair or replace the product or components of the product. This limited warranty extends to repaired and replacement products and components only through the end of the original limited warranty period.
