Pion TCI® is an infusion system developed for Target Controlled Infusion(TCI) of IV anesthetics. It is designed to be used easily without the calculation of infusion rate by anesthetists. Pion TCI® allows the anesthetist to set the target blood concentration to achieve a desired anesthetic depth. Pion TCI® controls infusion rate by an algorithm based on the pharmacokinetic model for an anesthetic.
