E-Z-GO TXT Nerf Bar Combo Installation Instructions Part# 28371 Parts List Driver Nerf Bar-1 Passenger Nerf Bar-1 Hardware Kit-1 Anti skid-1 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Remove the driver side stock rocker cover & sill plate from the cart as shown in Figure 1. Keep the stock sill plate bolts for installing the nerf bars. 2. Using the supplied 5/16 x 1 ¾ bolts, flatwashers, & locknuts install the nerf bar to the rocker of the cart using the stock mounting holes on the side of the rocker panel as shown in Figure 2. NOTE: Nerf bars are side specific. 3. Using the stock sill plate bolts mount the top of the nerf bars to the stock sill plate mounting holes as shown in Figure 2. 4. Repeat steps 1-3 for the passenger side of the cart. NOTE: On some models the gas tank may need removed before installing the side bolts and then re-installed after nerf bar is securely fastened to the cart.
