Mount Scavenging Hose System in suspended ceiling application
1.25” [3.2-cm) clamp ............................ 2 .5” [1.3-cm) clamp ................................ 1 #6 wood screw ..................................... 8 cable tie ................................................ 8 cable tie mounting base ...................... 8 instructions (P/N 10428100) ................ 1
Special Tools: screwdriver hole saw
Requirements / Restrictions: Ceiling application only.
Preferred Method
Alternate Methods Step 1: Clean ceiling suspension
Below Suspended Ceiling
Step 2: Attach cable tie mounting base approximately 2 to 3 feet (0.6 to 1m) apart or as needed. Note: Cable ties, cable tie mounting bases and wood screws are contained in tubing kits P/N 91515169 or P/N 91515170 or separately in fastener kit P/N 91515168
frame before attaching mounting base.
Step 2: Stick mounting base to either ceiling tile or suspension frame.

Step 3: Attach cable tie mounting base approximately 2 to 3 feet (0.6 to 1m) apart or as needed. Note: Cable ties, cable tie mounting bases and wood screws are contained in tubing kits P/N 91515169 or P/N 91515170 or separately in fastener kit P/N 91515168

Above Suspended Ceiling

Step 1: Cut out ceiling tile as needed.
Step 2: Lay hose on top of suspended ceiling.
