Legs: Made of 14 plys to a finished thickness of 1 1/16”. 5. Seat and back supports: Made of 15 plys with a finished thickness of 1 1/16”.

Leg rail: Made of 13 plys with a finished thickness of 3/4”. Seat panel: Made of 8 plys to a finished thickness of 3/8”. The front edge is rounded for comfort.

The chair components are inspected and any necessary color adjustments made. One coat of a nitrocellulose sealer is sprayed onto all wood parts to completely seal the wood. Once dry, the sealer is sanded using 320 grit paper. A nitrocellulose lacquer is sprayed on. The wood components are then assembled. A final inspection is performed prior to packaging to ensure a high level of quality control.
Chair back: Made of 8 plys to a finished thickness of 3/8”. Construction The chair is reinforced with metal to metal hardware and reinforced with high solids glue. Finish Current standard wood colors are Natural, Black and Natural, Black and Wild Cherry and Black and Orange. 8-Step Finishing Process 1. The bare wood components of the chair are thoroughly sanded using 120 grit paper. 2. One coat of stain is sprayed onto all sides of the wood components.
