Heating system: Adopt advanced oil-heating transfer system and PID temperature control, fast heating process, temperature controlled is flexible, with high temperature uniformity. 3. Structure feature The equipment adopt the upper and lower chamber structure, with stable performance ; The laminating cavity is welded by special process and high vacuum leakage proof technology ; with good laminating effect and low restore rate. 4. Antiwrinkling devised of the cover，Easy to replace the rubber board. Elongate the service time of the rubber board as two times as the previous life. Improve the evenness of the laminating, decrease the wrinkle of the rubber board.No harm to enviroment.
5.Control Feature Integrate technology of vacuum, air pressure with PID temperature control technology, and programmable control relay output together. Employ Simens PLC and touch screen to control, realize man-machine communication interface, facilitative to operate . In addition, double RS485 serial interfaces on PLC, which can connect equipment to the networking adapting to intensive management of enterprise. ①.The host machine support I/O 2048 point，process rate 0.18us/step. ②.Reserved double RS485 Serial interface, can achieve the equipment’s networking, suitable for intensive management. ③.There are 3CPU for the structure of main machine is ，it means the main programme, corresponding programme, input and output scan are all individual control. It is the most advanced in the field. 1.6. Overall safety system, adopt infrared electronic guard, protect the machine when it is in operation. And with instant stop button, emergency system and accurate alarm system; ①.Electronic guard rail: It is installed on host machine and output of the laminator. If any part of a person is nearly when the equipment is working, the equipment can alarm automatically to protect he against damage. The guard rail uses infra-ray LED as a light source, provides eight safety protection measures, and the angle error is within 0.5degree, the grade of protection accords with IEC standard. ②.Instant stop button: When the accident happen during operation, press the instant stop button to shut down the machine to protect the safety of personnel, machine and the processed module. ③.Emergency cover-open system：Nitrogen energy storage emergency cover-open system, it is safe and reliable. When the electricity of the factory failed, the machine can be operate manually, open the pneumatic parts to open the cover and take out the module, to ensure the module not be damaged, and finished the laminating again. ④.Temperature exceeding system, when the oil temperature is over the warning line, the machine cut off the power supply and send an alarm automatically. 1.7. Adopt Keyence digital pressure sensor, can control the laminating pressure precisely, arise the 3 stage laminating process; 1.8.
